With skilled operators and state of the art cutters and having 100% quality check of every panel, we ensure precision & excellence in every garment that we prepare.

Stitching Department

At Ambition Apparel, our stitching facility is an innovative marvel. With the capacity of producing 30,000 pieces a day, our stitching has the latest automated line of high-tech machinery from VI.BE.MAC which ensures, 100% consistency across all garments. VI.BE.MAC is the concept of flexible automation, which allows and is able to follow the faster fashions demand with a unique solution.
Smart MRT is another step towards automation in stitching department implemented at Ambition Apparel. Smart MRT is a production hanger system that can be designed and customized according to the needs and uses. It records all stages of your production in real time. Shifting your production from manual to computerized automation allowing easy line management and flexible style inductions. This is a great way to kickstart digitization journey towards a Smart Factory goals set by the management.

In readymade apparel sector, computerized embroidery machine helps to produce very complex design within a very short period of time.

Washing Dept.

Laundry is the heart of any denim garment manufacturing company. Washing department is divided amongst two sections: dry process and wet process. Our company has vast experience in the use of traditional dry processes such as grinding, hand scraping and chemical sprays. In our Laundry, we use state of the art Turkish washing machineries.

SMART MRT

Embroidery Department

At Ambition Apparel, our embroidery department is equipped with the latest machinery. We have 4 state-of-the-art machineries with the updated design software. Our Skilled artisans meticulously craft intricate designs, logos, and embellishments designs as per the requirement of brands. On an average our embroidery machines produce 8000 to 10000 pieces per day depending upon the style.
